Day Four Crossing

We woke up early today to a foggy and cold morning in Saint John, New Brunswick. After checking out at 7:30 am we all went to an old burial ground for some awesome yet spooky photo opportunities. We also stopped by a local market for breakfast after which we embarked on our journey to the Hopewell Rocks via the Bay of Fundy National Park.

Hopewell Rocks is a National Park sight that's world famous because people are able to walk on the ocean floor due to the highest tides in the world. It was truly an amazing sight. We arrived during the high tide and saw what massive rock formations sticking out of the water. Then we took a little break in the park near by where we played cards, ate delicious lobster rolls and took a quick nap. Once the low tide came we took a walk on the bottom o the ocean. What a spectacular view!!!!

After that we continued on with our drive to Charlottetown, PEI . To get to our destination we had to cross confederation bridge. The view was spectacular and the drive took us only 10 minutes.

Once we got to Charlottetown, we checked in to our hotel, which was just a campus for PEI University, and eases out to town for dinner.

This dinner was special to us because we finally had Lobsters. We all had a lobster each straight from the ocean... They were so delicious!!! Yum!

  1. What an amazing day! The changes in the tides and walking on the ocean floor must have been a truly wonderful experience! How was the lobster? I bet it was the best you've ever tasted! How are you enjoying the overall trip? Do you find that the driving is really tiring? I'm very happy to see some durak being played!! :D
